KodLokasi is Malaysia's innovative location encoding system that provides human-readable, precise location codes using a 10m × 10m grid system anchored to administrative boundaries. Our Service includes:

• Website and informational content about the KodLokasi system

• Future location encoding services and applications (when launched)
• Educational resources about location encoding technology

3. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, our Service operates on a waitlist basis. By providing your email address:

• You confirm that the information provided is accurate and current
• You agree to receive communications about KodLokasi updates
• You may unsubscribe from communications at any time
• You understand that waitlist registration does not guarantee access to future services

The KodLokasi location encoding system, including its methodology, algorithms, and implementation (patent pending: "ABLE: Administrative Boundary-Anchored Location Encoding"), is proprietary to EARTH Info Sdn. Bhd.

Any content you submit through our Service remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including marketing and promotional use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARTH INFO SDN. BHD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access to your information

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
