A tamu appears every Sunday in a field. No building, no street. How do you tell 500 customers where to find you?

By 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, Donggongon already sounds awake. Pickup trucks back into the field. Metal poles go into the ground. Sheets of canvas stretch over tables while vendors unload bags of chilli, baskets of vegetables, and tubs of fish still cold from the morning run. The tamu grows in layers: first the tables, then the people, then the noise.
